These are the rules for using Plumbly. We tried to keep them short and clear.

What you get

Missed-call texts, review request texts, a website built from your Google Business Profile, a booking page with its own link, and a one-page report each month.

Price and free month

Your first 30 days are free. The clock starts only after everything is set up and live. After that it is $249 CAD a month, plus tax where it applies. Some early plumbers get a lower price, and that price stays the same for as long as they stay. There is no setup fee.

Cancel any time

It is month to month, with no contract. Cancel before your free month ends and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you stop paying at the end of that month. If you leave, you keep your website files.

Texts

You agree to only use Plumbly to contact people who called your business or who your business has served. Every text says which business it is from, and anyone who replies STOP is not texted again. You are the one who does the plumbing work, and you are responsible for it.

What we cannot promise

We work hard to catch your missed calls and make your online presence clear. We cannot promise a number of jobs, a Google ranking, or a number of reviews. Phone companies and other services we rely on can have problems that are out of our hands.

Your content

Your business name, reviews, and photos belong to you and your customers. We only use them to run your service. We never make up reviews, ratings, people, or awards on your site.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada.
